Hot-dip aluminized steel not only has bright surface and good corrosion resistance,but also has steel mechanical strength and toughness, therefore, hot-dip aluminized steel is viewed as a with comprehensive performance and special performance in the integration of the composite metal materials. The research and application of protection decorative coating have the history of over100years, but protection decorative coating on the surface of hot-dip aluminized steel is still relatively rare.This thesis attempts to coat on the surface of hot-dip aluminized steel, in order to enhance the sex of protective and adornment of the hot dip aluminized steel, this project determined the best epoxy resin coating formula and technological conditions, this paper also analyzes the lacquer liquid composition and technological parameters effect on the coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, and respectively using film adhesion measuring instrument, SEM,salt fog corrosion to study the coating adhesion, wetting and corrosion resistance.The test uses the method of polarization curve and exchange impedance to study the corrosion resistant in salt water of the epoxy resin coating and fluorocarbon coating, systematic analysis the protective performance and adornment of these two kinds of coating and their influence on the hot-dip aluminized steel.Experimental researches and theoretical analysis show that the best optimum of epoxy resin coating and process condition are:epoxy resin2g, phenolic resin0.5g,Fe2O30.4g, chemical oxidation time9min, drying temperature of the film150℃.The coating is coated on the surface of the hot-dip aluminized steel which has been chemical oxidation process in the roller way, In the roller coating way will epoxy coatings have been chemical oxidation process in the hot dip aluminized surface of steel construction, get coating color brightness, and base material adhesion is good, have good corrosion resistance. The color of the generated coating is brightness, between the film and substrate has good adhesion, the new coating has good corrosion resistance, after coating, the appearance and adornment performance of the film is good, through the comparison of the two kinds of coatings of all aspects of the performance and the application scope, it is concluded that the technology of coating on the hot dip aluminized has a bigger practical value, and two kinds of coatings have a good prospect.
