This article discusses in the industrialized alkyl benzene sulfonate surfactant tensesituation, study the interaction between the various agents in the formulation of ASP flooding, the optimal ternary complex formulations, under the premise of guaranteeing recovery effortsASP system formulation costs to a minimum. First select both surfactant alkyl benzenesulfonate, petroleum sulfonate two surfactants, needle complex, so that the ternary complexformulations oil-water interfacial tension to achieve the best, to find the best complex ratio of1:3, to reduce the amount of interfacial tension, and reduces the cost of the surface activeagent. Strong base ASP flooding field test, due to the presence of a base, resulting in theternary system into the end of the pipeline and recovery system scaling phenomenon, recovery wells run rate, rising production costs, has seriously affected the ternary complexdrive the overall development effect. For this reason, under the premise does not affect theinterfacial tension of the system, considering the unsubstituted or partially substituted ternarysystem of sodium hydroxide with a strong base weak acid salts, weak alkali experimentscarried out on the ternary system, and the system evaluation experiments. Found, can beappropriately substituted or completely replaced by sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate andsodium chloride preferably substituted ternary compound system, its surfactant FIG, viscosityretention rate, and90days for stability. To find a better test formulations, respectively, forthese formulations Reviews adsorption properties and emulsifying properties, and finally thecore flooding oil recovery under a variety of formulations for the experiment were obtained. The experimental results show that: the substituted sodium hydroxide with sodium carbonateand sodium chloride, under the same conditions with normal alkali-ternary complex system toimprove the recovery rate similar amplitude. ASP system replaced per ton cost can be reducedby27.2%.
