With some small towns in Jilin province economic development, population increasing,the town life sewage and industrial wastewater are increasing. However, due to the townshipinfrastructure and public service facilities fall behind, which in turn affect the townshipeconomy to a higher level, under this premise, the town planning was carried out on the towninfrastructure construction and renovation. To design of the town sewage treatment system:the new wastewater treatment plant and transform the drainage system.Construction of the project will improve the town’s infrastructure, untreated sewagedirect emissions reduction on the serious pollution of the Song hua river waters. Thecompletion of this project will further improve the investment environment of the town, trulyenvironmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits of the organic combination, tomake the town has a blue sky of the eco-city and the city landscape lay a solid foundation.The main contents of this project are: to design a scale for daily processing10000m~3ofsewage plant to design a sewage treatment plant that can treat10,000m~3wastewater daily,two pumping stations of3500m~3and10000m~3,respectively; construct25km mainintercepting pipes and sewage pipes network (diameter, d400-800mm). By comparing twoprocessing projects of A~2/O method and DAT-IAT method, we get the final recommendationof A~2/O sewage treatment process plan. To dewater sludge, it was required to adopt belt filterpress dewatering, ultraviolet disinfection methods, and eventually sent to the sanitary landfillof about24Km from the wastewater treatment plant outside the city garbage treatment plant.The design of sewage pipes network was employed the artesian flow way. The construction ofthis project will play a significant role in promoting the process of the town ’s environmentprotecting work and pollution control in the Songhua River Basin. daily processing capacityof3500m~3,10000m~3of each a pumping station, intercepting main and sewage pipe networkconstruction,25km (diameter d400-d800). By A~2/O method and DAT-IAT method twokinds of process scheme comparison, the final recommendation by using the A~2/O sewagetreatment process. This project USES the belt type filter press dewatering of sludgedewatering, and adopts ultraviolet disinfection method, finally sent to about24km away fromthe sewage plant of city sanitary landfill waste plant. Sewage pipe network design usesgravity mode.The main content of this project are: to design a scale for daily processing10000m~3ofsewage plant, daily processing capacity, for the construction of this project for the town’senvironmental work process and the pollution treatment of Songhua river basin will play a great role in promoting.
