With the increasing and developing of the oil industry, ASP floodingenhanced oil recovery method has gradually become the mainstream, Theremaining oil is a large amount of exploration and exploitation, the moisturecontent of crude oil increased significantly, Most of the oil is in the form ofemulsion is mined, the blocks provides oil for this test in ASP floodingproduction, Because of the large amount of alkali.polymer and surfactant aremixed, The produced fluid not only serious emulsification and complicatedcomposition, through chemical demulsification and dehydration aftertransportation, Study on compound flooding stability of crude oil emulsionliquid can provide technology to improve the crude oil dehydration rate, reducethe production cost and the development of demulsifier guidance.Composite flooding produced liquid in chemical composition is complex,and each production phase changing, it is difficult to use conventional methodsscreened demulsifier suitable. Through indoor study, combined with field testdata, the formation mechanism and the chemical properties of compositeemulsion were studied, results showed that the produced liquid in the residualalkali, surfactant in oil droplets or water surface to form a stable interfacial film,only the few demulsifier can destroy this facial mask; study of the emulsiontemperature, suspended solids, salinity, HP value, viscosity and polymer, alkali,surfactant content on the demulsification effect, through the experimental studythat the effect of compound flooding produced liquid emulsion breaking is themain factors of temperature and chemical agent content, and the impact strengthwere analyzed and description. Through research and analysis and theDemulsification Mechanism of experimental data, the oil in water, the surfacetension and ZATE potential of demulsification evaluation method, and has carried on the further standardize and establish evaluation related technicalstandards.According to the standard set up a small evaluation device, can simulate theheating oil station settlement, electric dehydration and water station set ofprocesses, and24hours for mobility evaluation test was carried out in the field,on the demulsification efficiency were evaluated and validated the laboratoryresearch results, proves that the evaluation of this device can be applied toemulsion breaking technology.
