The Emulsifying Machine and the Isothermal Trough are used to prepare simulated crude oil emulsion in this paper. The effects on the stability of crude oil emulsion are researched concretely in the items of the volume ratios of crude oil and kerosene, the shearing rate, the emulsifying time and the percentage of water. The optimum program of preparing the simulated emulsion is determined: the volume ratio of crude oil and kerosene must be 4 to 2 or 4 to 3; the shearing rate must be no less than 3000rpm and the emulsifying time must be no less than 12min when the simulated emulsion is prepared; when the simulated emulsion of vary water content ratio is prepared, we can select simulated oil of differ match. The simulated emulsion can replace crude oil emulsion to appreciate demulsifier. Ester and ramification is used of material, a new type of watersoluble W/O crude demulsifier without alkoxy had synthesized by emulsion polymerization method. This kind of demulsifier didn't use infammable and explosive gases, and is cheap and easy to get. When the resinic demulsifiers is are synthesized using solvent polymerization, it is found that the dosages of butyl acrylate(BA), methacrylic acid(MAA) and initiating agent(AIBN) in demulsifiers all exist optimum values; with the demulsifiers concentrations' increasing, the dehydration rate increases, however, it increases with the salinity's increasing. The demulsification effectiveness of the resinic demulsifiers that are synthesized privately is also assessed using emulsion polymerization, the result confirm that sodium dodecanesulphonate is the most optimal emulsifying agent, the optimal dosage of activator is about 11% and chain transfer agent is 0.5mL. Furthermore, the corresponding connection of interfacial tension, categories of solvent and emulsion breaking of demulsifier was checked. The demulsifier of decreasing W/O interfacial tension replace sheltered emulsification of W/O interface. But, the ability of demulsifier decreasing O/W interface and demulsy rate have not one by one corresponding connection. The emulsion breaking experiment of combination flooding simulate crude emulsion was experimentalized. The simulated crude emulsion stability effect of the concentration of alkali, polymer and activatory was researched and dewatering rate of differ demulsifiers was evaluated.
