The deep hole processing technology is widely used in the field of mechanicalmanufacturing, aerospace and defense equipment. The deep hole processing not only work ina state of enclosed, but also its processing environment is complex and process stability.Therefore, while in the process of deep hole processing, cutting tool easily affected by variousobjective factors, and finally lead to the deviation phenomenon. Deviating of the cutting tooldirectly affects straightness of the processed hole, and leads to rejection of the processedworkpiece, and its will be seriously affecting the economic benefits. So it is very important todo more research on technology of on-line detection of deviating and on-line rectification ofdeep hole drilling.This paper discusses the background and significance of the research on technology ofdetection of deviating and rectification in the deep hole processing, through the developmentstatus of domestic and foreign, by evaluating various methods and technics on its. Then, thispaper puts forward a kind of use of working principle of piezoelectric gauge force sensor foron-line detection of deviating and on-line rectification of BTA(Boring and TrepanningAssociation) deep hole drilling. This scheme owns a certain innovation in the field of deephole processing.First of all, in order to solve the problem of axial deviation of BTA deep hole drilling,this paper researches the effect of the eccentric of guide bushing, processing methods, thelayout of support pads and long holes drilling on the axial straightness of the deep holedrilling. Through the rational optimization of cutting method, the best axial hole straightnessis obtained. Then, by using FLUENT fluid dynamics software to carry on number simulationfor cutting fluid oil pressure system, in order that get cutting fluid changes of oil pressure and oil rate when the cutting tool appears to be going deviation. Furthermore, the drilling shaft inthe stress analysis so that the formulae of calculating torque and bending moment are derivedby the drilling shaft. Finally, in order to the current technical problems of axis deviationduring deep drilling processing, on-line detection of deviating of BTA deep hole drilling bemade out by this paper that using positive piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric gauge forcesensor and on-line rectification of BTA deep hole drilling be made out by it that usingnegative piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric gauge force sensor. Its working principle aredescribed in detail, besides, processing the measurement signal of the piezoelectric gaugeforce sensor that the theoretical basis has been provide for the research on technology ofon-line detection of deviating and on-line rectification of BTA deep hole drilling.
