| With the development of the marine economy, the oil drilling place istransformed from shallow sea to deep sea. The manufacturing and the development isthe important factor affecting the offshore oil mining business. The deep sea conditionis so bad that it has strict demand for the key part. The deep oil drilling facility has thefeatures: the material is expensive, the volume is large, the parts’ features are specialand demand for machining is high. The detecting quality of the production facilities ofthe oil drilling of the deep sea affects the quality of it’s machining. The traditionaldetecting method can’t meet the detecting for the production facilities of the oildrilling of the deep sea. It has important means to develop the online detecting systemfor the key parts of the deep sea oil drilling facility. The paper’s content is as follows.Firstly, the detection feature information of the key part of the deep sea oilfacilities is extracted based on the Pro/E. The detection feature information of the keypart is extracted with the function of the Pro/Toolkit based on the Pro/E.Secondly, the inspection path of the key part of the deep sea oil facilities isplanned. The detection parameters of the probe, measure point number anddistribution, establishing coordinate system, the path planning of basic feature,transition path between the detection features are studied. The detection method anddetection path of the deep sea oil facilities is studied based on the last research. Andthe accuracy of detection results is promoted.Thirdly, the on-line detection macro program of the machining center isdeveloped. The method to develop the macro program such as macro variable types,the branch and cycle of the macro program, the meaning of the subprogram andnested and so on is studied. The development of the macro program library, such asthe calibration and protection of the probe and so on is studied. The macro program ofthe typical feature and the special feature is developed.Fourthly, the data of measure points of the key part of the deep sea oiling facilityis solved. The communication principle between the macro and the machine tool isstudied. The communication protocol and the extraction technology of the data and soon are studied. The conventional processing method of the data of the measure pointand so on is studied. And the processing method of the data of the key part of the deepsea oiling facility is studied. Fifthly, the software to create macro program and deal the data of the measurepoint is developed. A suitable development platform is built. The software needdevelop the function of each module is determined. The software and detection thesystem with the underwater connector is developed. |
