In protein content andsolubility as the measure, the heating time, heating temperature, slurry than3on the basisof single factor experiment and research, through the Box-Behnken response surfacemethod to optimize extraction process, the best extraction process parameters for100mmNaCl concentration, temperature of57.24℃, and solid-liquid ratio1:3.16,44.17minleaching, in the process parameters under the condition of egg white powder solubility andsoluble protein content reached maximum at the same time, the solubility of95.90%,soluble protein content of73.72%. Repeat test three times, under the best conditions to getactual solubility by an average of94.88%, protein content is72.94%.2, Protein purification technology of soluble glycoprotein were studied. For proteinand polysaccharide content of soluble glycoprotein measure, inspect sevage reagentchloroform and n-butanol in protein ratio, proportion of sevage reagent is added, threefactors of time for protein purification effect, on the basis of single factor experiments,through L9(3~4) orthogonal test optimization of protein purification process, get thefollowing conclusion: in accordance with the proportion of1:2add3:1in chloroform andn-butanol sevage reagents,30min at room temperature to take off the protein, this kind ofsituation, the soluble protein content in glycoprotein, lowest available in soluble proteincontent was8.02%in glycoprotein, polysaccharide content is4.63%. 3, The soluble glycoprotein and digestion object to study the antitumor activity.Different concentrations of egg white powder soluble glycoprotein have certain inhibitioneffect in vitro to S180sarcoma cells.
