| The subject of the text is the form grinding processing technology on the complexsurface. The text focuses on the study of the spiral curved surface on spiral rotor, whoseaccuracy of the processed surface is directly related to the working accuracy and efficiencyof the working device.Currently,the major manner of the curved surface processing on spiral rotor ismilling,whose efficiency, however, is not good enough,so is the accuracy. Therefore, tosearch for a new processing method on how to improve to process the spiral rotor surfaceefficiently and accurately has been a focused subject.The text, which is based on the meshing movements between the form grindingwheels and workpieces in form grinding process, works out the outlines of the grindingwheels with mathematics, also, analyses the solutions of discrete point derivative and theoptions of setting angle.
