The bra is not only an important part of women’s underwear but alsoone of the highest requirement species of fit degree of clothing products. Ithas a complex structure, requires a high fit degree, and is the important anddifficult points of underwear design and structure research. However, theapplication of existing prototype bra has following disadvantages: bigdifference of data measurement,complexity of operation,fitting should beimproved, the study of body detail rules and the corresponding structure isinsufficient, especially the process of structure design depends on experience, also the correlative prototype constitute methods have someshortcomings, and the research effort is not applicated in product design.Therefore, structural design will be more difficult if lack an more reasonableprototype bra, also lack a basis for structural changes. More important, theinnovation of bra style、product segmentation and the improvement forfunctions, all of these need in-depth research on the structure of body andgarment, also need to detail the interrelationship between every control partof the bra and the corresponding structural design parameters.Based on the important role of prototype bra in garment structuredesign, this thesis researched the relationship between the shape of femalebreast and structural design parameters. Analyzed large quantitative of bodymeasurment datas through software of SPSS and Imageware. Discussedcorrelation of the bra’s control parts and quantitive described the affectedrules of each other, also expanded the research on fitted bra. Accordingly,got more reasonable prototype bra and explored the variability of structuredesign on the basis of prototype bra.On the basis of experimental research, according to the experimental object chest shape data on the female body size of the details were analyzed,the advanced measuring equipment and analytical tools used in the clothingfield, explore3D body scanning system of potential applications, make fulluse of SPSS statistics and data analysis ability and Imageware graphicsimage processing ability and based on the two-dimensional,three-dimensional mapping algorithm and combined with thefunction of clothing structure research. Analysis of characteristics of humanbody and fitted clothing key factors, on this basis of the corresponding skinstructure, composition and application of prototype method, product designto provide a basis for women’s underwear. The most complex for underwearbra structural design to provide new ideas and data support. Articleintroduces the design of underwear structure important parts: bust, bust, bustand under the bust, bust point spacing, the difference of wide chest, chesthigh, the human body the anteroposterior diameter and horizontal diameterstructure factors affecting the relationship between each part; according tothe correlation between the introduction of relevant formula and simplifiedanalysis of rationality; human characteristics, population distribution and size configuration, control parts, matching degree, structural elements andtheir relationships to each other; the existing domestic and foreign brastructure method, prototyping, classification and mapping of2D/3Dmapping algorithm is analyzed, on this basis, put forward the prototype brastructural design requirements; and to the eighth generation culturalprototype based on correlation analysis, combined with parts of the humanbody data obtained and simplified formula, according to the pattern drawingof body-fitted prototype design and prototype verification in accordancewith the bra body, the structure and the function of the adjustment to getprototype bra, bra design method for establishing, female bra designprovides the reference and the prototype bra and change method of testing,determine the related method is feasible and the final realization effect.
