How to maximum recycle the defective cigarette made in manufacturing and packingprocess,reduce the cut tobacco’s broken rate, increase its whole rate, reducing labor strength ofworkers,the resource consumption and environmental pollution has been the subjects receivingmuch concern all the time in the cigarettes factories. In view of the demerits of the current cuttobacco recycly methods and devices have higher dust rate,lower recovery rate,higher energyconsumption and cause environmental pollution, cut tobacco separation device was designed.It is based on pneumatic method and researched its key technologies.Pneumatic method for cut tobacco separation and recovery device is according to thecharacteristics of air permeability of the cigarette’s filter which is different from the end of cuttobacco. Pneumatic nozzle with certain high-pressure is aimed at the end of the cigarettefilter.The cut tobacco is blowed out of the cigarette paper completely by the high-pressure,soas to realize the separation of the cut tobacco and recycle it.In this paper,we studied the theory of pneumatic technology first and then designed thepneumatic control system of the devices, designed and selected the source device andpneumatic components. Through the pneumatic theory and cigarette’s structure analysis, thefeasibility of pneumatic method for cut tobacco is fully demonstrated. The virtual prototypewas designed using the3D software Solid Works.Its key technologies such as cigarettesautomatic feeding mechanism, cigarette filter detection,stepping motor rotated mechanism andpneumatic separating mechanism were researched.The results showed that this separationdevice has higher recovery and whole cut rate needs less work intensity and has higher testefficiency.It provides a new method and equipment for the defective cigarettes recycling. Thedesign scheme’s feasibility was demonstrated,it provides the basis for the design anddevelopment of the practical prototype.The pneumatic method for cut tobacco separation and recovery device was designed anddeveloped, the roller of the automatic feeding mechanism which was controled by synchronousmotor samped the cigarettes intervaly. The infrared sensor was used to identification thedirection of the cigarettes. cigarettes sampled by roller were turned from horizontal to verticalby the fan-shaped guide chute and then automatic fell into the stepper motor rotatedmechanism. Stepping motor rotated mechanism received the signal detected by the infraredsensor then take the cigaretttes to the different working stations, so as to achieve the pneumaticseparation of the cigarettes. The comparative test about dust rate,whole rate and recovery rate of cut tobacco separatedby pneumatic method,hand-stripping and cutting method was made.The result showed that cuttobacco which is separated by method Its dust rate is18.6%and8.0%lower and whole rate is16.9%and10.7%higher than the hand-stripping and cutting method respectively. It sufficientshows the advantage of pneumatic method for separation and recovery of cut tobacco.Cut tobacco separated and recycled by pneumatic method can be returned to the cigaretteproduction line directly,it can improve efficiency of cut tobacco using.The pneumatic methodfor separation and recovery of cut tobacco can reduce cigarette manufacturing cost, resourceconsumption and environmental pollution effectively. |
