With the development of society, the research of pneumatic conveying system has attracted more and more attention from many people over the world, and the wind transportation applied to each productive-processing enterprise gradually. Because of the conveying system influences the properties of the materials which have direct relation with the enterprise cost, so this requires us understanding the mathematical model deeply. In this thesis, tacking cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying as research object, we analyzed the effect on cut-tobacco structure and each factor in the conveying system.First of all, this paper summarized the Composition of pneumatic conveying system and described the cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying system carefully. It provided a good material base for the further study on their system model.Secondly, the research program of cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying system based on the Theory of Quantification I is described. This article in detail introduced every factor effect on cut-tobacco structure (such as broken rate) in the conveying system, including conveying speed, pipe length, pipe diameter, pipe bend angle, cigarette brands and air-leakage rate. On this basis, we make implementation scheme according to the field and theory in detail.After that, the process of cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying system model building is introduced. It mainly includes the process of original data, the building of Quantification Theory I model and the analysis of contribution of each item to pneumatic conveying system. Among them, the selection of reference variable is cut-tobacco broken rate, which show the cut-tobacco structure most obviously. Through analyzing on multiple correlation coefficient and variance ratio etc, it is proved that in this paper the research program is suitable for building the cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying system model.In the end, software programming of cut-tobacco pneumatic conveying system model is briefly introduced. Among them, the operation of reaction matrix uses the iterative algorithm. All algorithms have been realized by C/C++language in Visual C++environment. The mass of data is directly introduced into software by EXCEL, operating conveniently, which is extended to the new cigarette unit easily.
