Natural gas as a kind of clean and safety energy, has been used in chemical industry extensively. H2S which is the most harmful gas in natural gas, has a strong corrosion action on metal equipment and pipes. In this article, the heteropoly compounds as desulfurization agent was used to removaling H1S in natural gas.Keggin type and Dawson type heteropoly compounds desulfurizer was synthetized by means of adding raw materials, acidulating, backflow and ethyl ether extraction. The properties of desulfurizer structure and the product were analyzed and affirmed by FT-IR spectra. The desulfurizer synthetized was used in desulphurization reaction by the chemical absorption method, and the the influences of heteropoly acid (salt) types, H2S concentration, heteropoly acid (salt) concentration and reaction temperature experiments on the efficiency of the hydrogen sulfide removaling were investigated.The experimental results of removaling H2S of Keggin type heteropoly acid (salt) showed that the H2S desulphurization efficiency could reach99.03%, when using Na6PMo9V3O40as desulfurization agent in conditions that the total H2S concentration0.3g/L, Na6PMo9V3O40concentration is0.005mol/L, temperature is25℃. The experimental results removaling H2S of Dawson type heteropoly acid (salt) showed that, the H2S desulphurization efficiency could reach99.37%, when using Na9[P2Mo13V5P62H2] as desulfurization agent in conditions that the total H2S concentration is0.5g/L, Na9[P2Mo13V5P62H2] concentration is0.007mol/L, temperature is25℃.The desulphurization reaction using Keggin type and Dawson type heteropoly acid (salt), takes the advantages of mild reaction condition, high selectivity, high activity, lower corrosion, and the structure of Dawson heteropoly compounds had stronger oxidability than Keggin type. The products analysis of Two types of desulfurater of indicates that, the H2S could been oxidized directly to sulphur with no secondary pollution in (salt) absorption process of heteropoly acid. Heteropoly acid (salt) was reduced to heteropoly blue, heteropoly blue could been oxidatively regenerated by air. As a result, heteropoly acid (salt) is a kind of environment friendly and efficient desulfurizer, and has a broad development prospects. |
