| The environment problems have been receivd much more worldwide concern in recent years. As the development of the economy and the progress of science and technology, some environmental standards which were difficult to meet in the past have been realized today. In order to adapt to the trend of ultra-low oils sulfide, the existing technology must be changed, it has become an urgent and important task. The existing hydrodesulfurization technology(HDS) is cost too much and needs a very rigorous reaction condition, so it is hard to achieve a further need. The oxidative desulfurization with its mild reaction condition, simple process, low cost, save energy and high desurfuriztion efficiency has been obtained a lot of attention as a prefer method.This paper uses self-made supported phosphotungstic acid and supported peroxy-tungsten phosphide as catalyst, 30% hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, under no adding catalyst promoter and organic solvent, organic sulfur compounds were removaled from model compound, gasoline and diesel by a catalytic oxidation method. The reaction temperature, reaction time, hydrogen-peroxide and catalyst were inspected. The extraction and catalyst carrier were screened. Reaction kinetiecs of oxidation is studied preliminaryly.The results show that supported peroxy-tungsten phosphide was the best catalyst than phosphotungstic acid in ODS. The conversions of benzothiophene and dienzothiophene reach above 96.49% and 99.31% respectively, under the conditions of the amount of catalyst 6.25%, H2O2/S ratio being 1∶6.25, after 10min, at temperature 70℃and the molar ratio of peroxy-phosphotungstic acid to CTAB being 1∶2 at atmospheric pressure; At atmospheric pressure, H2O2/S being 1∶6.25, after 60min, at temperature 60℃, the amount of supported catalyst 5.06%, under above conditions, the conversion of gasoline reached 95.23%; At atmospheric pressure, H2O2/S being 1∶12.5, after 20 min, at temperature 80℃, the amount of catalyst 5.56%, under above conditions, the conversion of diesel reached 95.23%. |
