| It was significant for the development of coal liquefaction technology to establish the analytical methods of chlorine content and phenolic compounds in coal liquefaction oil.In this paper, the chlorine content in coal liquefaction oil was determined by using furnace/ion chromatography. The conditions of furnace were investigated and the analytical method of chlorine content in coal liquefaction oil was established. The analytical results of standard aqueous solution containing chlorine, standard oils and liquefaction generating oil added standard indicate the recovery rates are high and the reproducibilities are good. The phenolic compounds extraction effects of model compounds, blank oil added standard and liquefaction generating oil were investigated. The results indicate that the phenolic compounds extracted from liquefaction generating oil by using caustic extraction contain less impurities and are more suitable for qualitative and quantitative anlysis. The phenolic compounds extracted from coal liquefaction oil were qualitatived and quantitated accurately by using GC,GC/MS and the corresponding analytical methods. The structures of51phenolic compounds extracted from coal liquefaction oil by using the method of alkali washing were qualitative and36phenolic compounds were quantitated. The total quantity percentage of36phenolic compounds in coal liquefaction oil is2.54%(wt) and the quantity percentage of phenol and alkylphenols in the36phenolic compounds is88.2%(wt).The standard recovery rates of4phenolic compounds were investigated by using the method of alkali washing. The average of standard recovery rates are between103.06~108.17%,which indicats that the recovery rates are high. The RSD are between1.1~1.7%, which indicats that the reproducibility is good. |
