This paper mainly studied by single-tube experiment of the cold film Multiple cold membrane experiments, multiple hot-film experiments on falling film flow tube falling film evaporator heat transfer performance. Cold film single-tube experiments mainly through observation and data processing and analysis, the case study of the cloth membrane selection and cloth film, drawn rectangular opening cloth film has a film effect, fabrication and installation of simple, stable operation a bit; more the tube cold membrane experiment the help of the multi-tube cold film performance test procedures, through experimental data collected and analyzed to determine the top rectangular opening size and the corresponding flow rate range, and the multi-tube falling film apparatus in the use of optimum size rectangular opening cloth film when the flow changes in various parameters in the falling film. Multiple hot-film experiments by experimental data processing, light tube inside falling film evaporator heat transfer coefficient is calculated, and comparative analysis of different theoretical formula derived heat transfer coefficient, draw different theoretical formula applies conditions and influencing factors.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification, draw a series of falling film evaporator important parameter results, the theoretical and experimental basis for the falling film evaporator design and industrial run.
