After the Emission Standard of pollutants for thermal power plants have been distributed, The thermal power station coal-fired boiler’s mist and dust emission standard reduced to30mg/m3from50mg/m3.Some important regions even reduced to20mg/m3.This makes higher demands on thermal power plants dust collector equipment. Therefore, the electric-bag complex dust collector as a high efficiency dust collector equipment has been studied and applied. The stability and economy of it following closely by researchers. The paper takes the electric-bag complex dust collector of300MW generating-set boiler as emulation research object. The working condition, structure parameters and operation adjustment parameters are defined. Make overall analysis of the factor affecting the dust collector’s efficiency, and a series of mathematic simulation were established. At the interface of Windows, use the Visual Basic6.0programming language to develop a software of running simulation and optimized control of electric-bag complex dust collector. The software has a comfortable Human-Computer interface, convenient operating and can separate from the Visual Basic6.0to operate independently in the Windows. The software can realize the start-stop operating of the dust collector system and optimized control the system. It can display the parameters and the running curves. This software can be used in research and training. The paper get a series of simulation result, and make analysis of operation costs.
