Abstract/Summary:
Under the circumstances that the environmental protection standards become stricter and people's environmental protection knowledge increasingly enhances,the author in this paper puts forward an advanced electric-bag composite dust-collector,analysized its feasibility economically and technically, conducted the study on its dust removal mechanism and carried out the experiment studying. The purpose of studying the electric-bag composite dust-collector is to discuss its dust removal performance and the approach to solve originally its problems.This paper firstly starts with the excellences and shortcomings that exist respectively for the current electrostatic precipitator(ESP) and bag filter(BF) and puts forward the technology of the electric-bag composite dust-collector. By the induction and reorganization to the technology of electric-bag composite dust-collector, this paper points out its problems that exist to be solved,such as the union form between the ESP element and the BF element, the uniformity that dust gas distributes in the union room, the condition for supplying electricity and the structure of the electrodes arranged,the parametric optimization of its structure, the rational parameter chosen to the BF element, and so on.This paper puts forward a kind of new device of electric-bag composite dust-collector on this basis.On its dust removal mechanism, the conditions that dust particles receive force and move in the electric field and in the flow field are analized, under leading into the new acting force such as a centrifugal force.The effect of the charged particles and temperature on the BF fliteration characteristic is analyzed and we builded up its corresponding physical model. In terms of theory, the structural design of the device, the parameters of filter bag and electric field are analyzed, its corresponding numerical values one by one are calculated out according to the front design objectives such as minitype, high-effect, low resistance. This has the certain directive function to the design of electric-bag composite dust-collector.Experiment study aspect,the effects of different ratio electric resistance dust, different dispersed degree grain diameter, different second voltage, different dust gas flow rate on its dust removal efficiency is certain, which is consistent with theoretical analysis.
