Land Ecological Quality Assessment Of Yueyang City

Land and human life is closely related to the material that basis of human survival intoday’s society.The contradiction between people and land have become increasinglyprominent, the quality of land ecological change significantly, the phenomenon of Landdegradation, desertification, soil erosion, poor soil is frequently, severe land degradation anddesertification, land ecological and environmental problems become widespread concernabout the issue, the scientific evaluation of land ecological quality, and reasonable,feasiblemeasures and recommendation are simperative.In this paper, the study area is located in the northeast of hunan province, Frequent naturaldisasters, barren land, farmland decline in the quality of the obvious contradiction betweenpeople and land and other issues.combined with actual situation from the natural environment,society, economy, and the landscape pattern three aspects, constructing evaluation indexsystem. First of all, using GIS and RS technology to deal with remote sensing image of TM,to extract the application data. using a combination of subjective weighting method with theobjective to evaluate the weight value calculation, avoid the subjective human factors affectthe final evaluation results, and improve the accuracy and reliability evaluation; Then, using acomprehensive evaluation method and the GIS technology to evaluate the quality of landecological of the study area; Finally, based on the evaluation standard to divided evaluationresults of study area rationally. The study area was divided into five level excellent area(I), good area (II), general area (III), a poor area (IV) and poorer area (V). Evaluation unit ofland ecological quality influencing factors were analyzed from the land use patterns,socio-economic conditions, natural environment, landscape pattern status. The results showedthat the quality of land ecological of the study area is approximately53%is in bad (poor orpoorer) state.Against Evaluation results of the study area,Put forward suggestions and measures forcoordination between land use and land ecological construction to improve the quality of landecological in the study area.Specific measures are as follows: by increasing the greenland area,the advantages for development of ecological agriculture industry,improve the quality ofurban land ecological;Yueyang County and Miluo City,rich mineral resources and mineralextraction result of unreasonable lead to the bad quality of land ecological, the proposedreclamation is also greenland, ecological restoration measures; Basis Linxiang City, andxiangyin County terrain features and the problem of development,according to localconditions, vigorously develop forestry and the rice industry, to improve the quality of land ecological in the region; for Huarong County rural residential land inefficient and largeproportion of land area is unused, land resources for sustainable development throughecological engineering.
