The Research And Investigation For Preventing And Controlling The Typical Rural Solid Waste Pollution Of Luancheng County In Hebei Provice

Rural environmental problem is the integrated problem that is related to agriculture,countryside and farmers. Rural environmental pollution and ecological damage arebecoming more and more serious at present, which greatly impact the weak agricultureand the vulnerable group of farmers. Especially, the main rural solid waste such as ruralliving garbage, livestock wastes and crop stalks have become the main factor of ruralenvironmental pollution and seriously obstructed the construction of new socialistcountryside. Therefore, we should pay much attention to ecological and environmentalproblems in rural areas, improve the use efficiency of rural solid waste and increase theresearch of preventing pollution. That is significant for the improvement of rural livingenvironment, guarantying the living quality of the rural residents and achieving thesustainable development.This research quoted the theories of environmental management, environmentalplanning and were carried out by the methods of theory summary, data inquiry, socialinvestigation, scene survey and case analysis. Through combing the domestic and foreignliteratures with the actual case analysis and comprehensive analysis and investigation forthe current rural solid waste of7typical villages in Luancheng County, we finally putforward to build a set of measures for controlling the rural solid waste pollution accordingto the actual condition of this county. The findings of this research are as follows:Both at home and abroad, the research status of rural solid waste, this paperintroduces the Luancheng county and the typical village basic case, analyzed the resourceutilization of the status quo, pointing out the problems in preventing the pollution of ruralsolid waste in this county at present. In order to strengthen the management of rural solidwaste in Luancheng County, solve the problem of environmental pollution, accelerate thesustainable development of rural economy and provide valuable suggestions for theprevention and controlling of rural solid waste pollution in the county, we finally proposedthe measures for preventing and controlling the rural solid waste pollution according to theactual condition of Luancheng County.
