In the mining and metallurgical enterprises, the vibrating screen is widely used inmineral processing, coal preparation, it is a large-scale machinery and equipment. Whenthe work of the shaker vibration back and forth, in addition to work to undermine theinstitutions of vibration also includes vibration, vibration screen, the easier the largerthe area the greater the deformation, resulting in overall faster shaker damage, reducingservice life. Therefore, previous experience with analog and institutions have been staticdesign methods can not meet the request. Therefore, we must take effective technicalprocessing of mechanical structure dynamic strength problems, especially for thisproject do to address this problem.Measured by modal testing of a model banana screen modal parameters of a modelwith three-dimensional software for modeling high frequency dewatering screen, andmodal analysis using ANSYS to calculate the natural frequencies, mode shapes, theresearchers found that both the natural frequencies are far away from the operatingfrequency to avoid resonance; by static analysis of high frequency dewatering screen todetermine the type of stress and displacement distribution; with ANSYS high frequencydewatering screen for transient dynamic analysis.The results show that: the natural frequency vibrating screen and frequency varywidely; by static analysis of the occurrence frequency dewatering screen maximumstress and maximum displacement of the site. This paper analyzes the structure of theshaker provide a basis for improving and optimizing the design for the shaker basis.
