Use of LOD (Levels of Detail) technology and dynamicscheduling technology will build good3D model of this subject development to load the TopoGIS software, so as to realize the drilling platform in GIS in the software of3D visualizationshow, roaming, inquires the edit properties,3D measurement，the layer management, spatialanalysis, incident handling, and other functions, meet the offshore drilling platform ofinformation management and improve the level of safety drilling platform.
