Experimental study of vertical shaft impact crusher, bymeans of testing machine test the observability and controllability, laws related to explorethe factors affecting ore acceleration shock effect, research and strengthen the impact of keytechnology, promote the crusher to more efficient, more reliable, and product direction ofbetter quality, lower energy consumption, improve market competitiveness.Based on actual demand, this paper constructed a kind of can simulate the mineralparticles in the vertical shaft impact crusher impact acceleration, the whole process of testingmachine. Testing machine by adjusting the motor speed to change the loading condition;Design supporting the feeder, for different sizes of blanking ratio and blanking of regulation;Using experimental video window above to see ore particle acceleration, and through aspecial cutting board surface improving the collection of debris particles after the particlesimpact and crushing.Based on the theory of classical mechanics, the movement characteristics of ore particlesinside the rotor passage is analyzed, summed up the acceleration of particle velocity anddisplacement in the process of mathematical expressions, to clarify the influence of variousparameters in the process of accelerating effect, then explain the feasibility of testing machineworking plane using inclined structure and testing machine rotor speed regulation and theimportance of test design.Analysis based on rotor channel objects, studied the passage beginning, length, andnumber of best combination of test machine rotors suitable structures for3channel, innerdiameter×outer diameter is rotor100×450mm; Analysis of ore particles under differentrotational speed acceleration effect, summed up the appropriate rotor rotational speed range is 300~4000r/min. Within this structure and working range, ore particles forcing smallfluctuations, accelerated the smooth and efficient, throwing velocity fluctuations are small.Finally, in this paper, the inflection point based on rotor passage at different position ofthe rotor situation was analyzed, indicating that the ideal channel of the rotor axis is inclinedis monotone decreasing variation curve, and gives the mathematical expression of the idealchannel axis shape. Simulation results show that the ideal channel to the ore particlesaccelerating effects of8.55%more on average than straight channel, maximum height10.31%. |
