This paper mainly studied the optimize technology of extraction of Perilla oil under ultrasonic wave assisted,Contrast the change of oil extraction under ultrasonic treatment and solvent method and supercritical CO2extraction,And by using the Fatty acid locator to analysis oil extraction of Perilla under different methods.Purpose of this study was to the development and utilization of the Perilla, especially to provide the reference to the extraction of oil Perilla.The main research results were as follows:Through single factor experiment of the solvent method researched on the influence of the oil extraction of Perilla,extraction time, extraction temperature, solvent content On the basis of single factor experiment, first using orthogonal test method of test data to optimize, used the Box-Benhnken principle of experimental to do further optimized experimental data eventually got the optimum technological conditions:Extraction time6.4h, extraction temperature of80℃, the solvent consumption170mL, Perilla oil extraction rate41%.By using the method of ultrasonic auxiliary solvent extraction Perilla oil, by single factor experiment studied the influence of times of ultrasonic, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic extraction time, on the oil extraction yield Perilla.On the basis of single factor experiment, used the Box-Benhnken principle of experimental design, through the method of response surface analysis the optimization of extraction process of Perilla ultrasonic under wave assisted.Got the best technological conditions:ultrasonic time21min, ultrasonic power430W,2times ultrasonic number and under conditions the extraction of Perilla oil43.4%and compared with traditional solvent method improved6%.By using technology of ultrasonic auxiliary supercritical CO2extraction to extracted Perilla oil, by single factor experiment studied the influence of extraction temperature, extraction time, extraction pressure on oil ratio.Under the single factor foundation, used Box-Benhnken principle of experimental design, through the method of response surface to analysis the optimization process of supercritical CO2extraction of Perilla oil.The best technological conditions:extraction temperature42℃, extraction time129min, extraction pressure26MPa and under the condition the extraction rate48.0%.By using fatty acid automatic analyzer to analysis Perilla oil.The content of a-linolenic acid was61.57%.The methods of ultrasonic auxiliary supercritical CO2extractionã€the solvent method and the method of ultrasonic auxiliary compared to extract the content of total fatã€unsaturated fatty acid and a-linolenic acid in Perilla oil,the method of ultrasonic auxiliary supercritical CO2extraction was the highest, the content of total fat was46.90%,saturated fatty acid,unsaturated fatty acid was39.06%, α-linolenic acid was61.57%respectively. |
