High silicon aluminum alloy improves its casting properties, increases its hardness and strength, reduces the wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Studying the electrolytic coloring technology of high silicon aluminum alloy, achieving good corrosion resistance and decorative properties, which has vital significance and pressing to promote the high silicon aluminum alloy to be used in industrial application.This paper selects electrolytic coloring technology on tin salt solution. The article has consulted on the massive literature foundation, determinate coloration main salt type, the chemical additive type, the coloring time, AC voltage and the coloring temperature. The design used the orthogonalization design, took the color, the uniformity, the corrosion resistance and the stability of electrolytic coloring solution as the evaluation index, and determined the best electrolysis coloration technological conditions. The best electrolytic coloring solution is SnSO4(12g/L), H2SO4(12g/L), H3BO3(6g/L), stabilizer I (14g/L), stabilizer Ⅱ(1.2g/L). On the basis of the best electrolytic coloring solution, the thesis studies the effect of the time, the temperature, AC voltage, the time of anodization. The best process parameter is time (10~15min), temperature (20~25℃), AC voltage (12~25V). After electrolysis coloration processing, the luster of the electrolytic coloring film is uniform, and the color is different.According to the requirements of the project, the comsumption of the aluminum is less than0.9%after surface treatment. Therefore, the paper study the quality change. The result showed that the percentage of weight growth is1.476%o,1.566‰,1.71‰after anodization, electrolysis coloration processing and sealing.Used SEM, EDS, XRF, XRD to analyze the electrolysis coloration membrane ingredient, the appearance and the structure. The result showed that the tin elements are deposited in the film after electrolysis. The thickness of film is13μm, that comform to the requirements of the project.Has studied electrolytic coloring membrane wear-resistance, heat-resistance. The results indicated that, back and forth cleaned the electrolytic coloring film surface with metallographic sandpaper or rubber, did not have the membrane change colors tone; heat-resistance was good. The chemical soaking experiment and neutral salt spray test (NSS) showed that electrolytic coloring membrane has good corrosion resistance.
