The changes of the amount of chemicals and the quality of liquid coloring in electrolytic colouring liquid affect the quality of products, besides, most of chemicals in spent electrolyte liquid are harmful substances such as heavy-metal ions. So processing and recycling of the spent electrolytic colouring liquid have become a hot spot of current research. The paper is basic on the principle that is reduction, reuse, resource recovery, and analyses whether the electrolytic colouring liquid can be recycled according to the changes of the quality of products and coloring liquid, and then deals with spent electrolytic liquid.The article can draw the conclusion when the using times up to 30, the surface of film appear water marks and horizontal grain through analyzing the quality of coloring films of different using-times electrolytic coloring liquid. The chemical soaking experiment, polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy showed that the average corrosion speed of different films increases with the increase of using-times according to immersion test; the open circuit potential of the thirtieth film is up to minimum,-907 m VSCE in the polarization curves and R, is lowest in AC impedance spectroscopy. Analyzing SEM, EDS, XRD of the different films shows that the appearances of different coloring films have not significant differences, but the content of nickel element in film reduces with the increase of using-times of electrolytic coloring and the nickel content in the film at the 40th time is almost negligible. Therefore, it was showed that the corrosion resistance of coloring film decreases obviously and the quality of coloring declines, when the using-time of electrolytic coloring liquid is 30th.In addition, there is a small amout of white floe in the electrolytic liquid of using 30 times (c(Al3+)=0.004mol/L). According to analysis, the floc is aluminum hydroxide precipitation. Continuing to using the liquid, besides the increase of the floc, the white crystals begin to precipitate in the liquid. The liquid is metamorphism.In a word, after 30 times using the electrolytic coloring liquid, the liquid can’t be recycled because of metamorphism and high recycled cost. This experiment recycles mental ions in liquid using the precipitation. After processing, both the content of nickel ion and aluminum ion are less than O.Olmol/L. Using the way can decrease resource waste and environmental pollution, and be a very good practical value in terms of resource optimization and protecting environment.
