High speed turning center, not only can improve metal removal efficiency and processing efficiency, but also can get better surface, lower processing temperature and smaller cutting force, and in particular better geometry accuracy. In this paper, static and dynamic analyses of HTC2550hs high speed turning center’s spindle component, lathe bed, slide board were performed. And it was obtained that the influence of bearing stiffness and bearing span on the spindle component static and dynamic performance. Then lathe bed and slide board’s topology optimizations based on static and modal analysis were performed. In the condition that their static and dynamic performances were improved, their weights were lightened. This paper’s main contents are:(1) Static and dynamic analyses of spindle component were performed. And the static stiffness, natural frequencies and modal shapes were obtained. And also, the influence of bearing span and bearing stiffness on the static and dynamic performances of spindle component were obtained.(2) Static and dynamic analyses of high speed turning center key surporting part lathe bed were performed. And its static deformantion and stress, natural frequencies and madal shapes with or without constaints were obtained. And also, with the help of lathe bed’s topology optimization base on static analysis and dimension optimization, it achieved that the lathe bed’s weight was lightened and its static performance was improved.(3) Static and dynamic analyses of high speed turning center key moving part slide board were performed. And its static deformantion and stress, natural frequencies and madal shapes with or without constaints were obtained. And also, with the help of slide board’s topology optimization base on modal analysis and dimension optimization, it achieved that the slide board’s weight was lightened and its dynamic performance was improved.
