Studies On Origin Processing Methods Of Chuanmingshen And Standards For Quality Research Of Seed

Medicinal Chuanminshen is the plant of umbelliferae Chuanminshen violaceum Sheh et Shen genus and Si Chuan famous-region drug,it can nourish yin and tonify the lung, fortify the spleen, it can treat the syndrome of cough with lung heat and consumption of YIN caused by febrile disease.Some domestic scholars have did preliminary study on distribution,habitat characteristics, the chemical components and pharmacological activities of medicinal chuanminshen,this Thesis carried out in-depth research on therapeutic effects, effective parts chemical composition, medicinal materials quality standard of Chuanminshen and processed.But nobody has not reported in origin processing method and the origin of the seeds quality standard of Chuanminshen.The origin processing method is the important link which can influence the quality of medicinal materials.To improve the quality of medicinal chuanminshen and improve the quality and standards of medicinal chuanminshen, the author studied in s the processing method of medicinal chuanminshen.Taking water extract, and water-soluble saccharides and peulustrin as indexes.Through single factor investigation method,we found that the leaching and bleaching process, cooking process, peeling and drying process all affected the quality of medicinal chuanminshen. Through the orthogonal experiment, we comprehensive analysis factors using the integrated method of weighted score and found out the the best preparation process. The result showed that the not peeling and steaming method was the relative best processing method of medicinal chuanminshen.The quality of the seed which ensure the medicine production and quality is at all, carrying out quality evaluation technology and standard of Chinese herbal medicine seeds is the important content of standardized production.The current situation of chuanminshen seeds is that farmers collect and seed by themselves,the quality of seed is uneven, so the author studied in bionomics and quality inspection of different producing areas and different years medicinal chuanminshen seeds.The bionomics result of seed morphology, size, water permeability, seed longevity showed that the best storage time of chuanminshen seeds was less than half an year,and the seeds every other year can be nonbudding.Using crop seed test procedure as a reference,to make the seed test procedures and quality standard draft.Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to analyze the test result and seed quality grading standard of Chuanminshen violaceum was initially formulated. It is the important practical significance to expand trade in the seeds of sichuan and improve the quality of seed and traditional Chinese medicine.
