Research To Equipments And Craft And Writing Software Of Rolling Practice Computing Of The350Hot Rolling Experiment Mill

With the development of economy, the requirement of steel is becoming higher and higher so it is necessary to build a experiment mill. With the experiment mill it is easily to optimize the productive technology of steel plate and strip and quickly create new kinds of steel. So presumably, the experiment mill make the optimizing productive technology and creating new kinds of steel much more convenient.The thesis is based on a project to Northeast University at Qinhuangdao of350mm hot rolling experiment mill. In the thesis, some prime equipments of the roll are checked, the rolling technology is calculated in advance, the software to calculate the rolling technology is written. The main part of the thesis is following.(1) Introduce the way to produce steel plate and strip and the state of development of experiment in domestic and overseas.(2) Design the parameter of some equipments of the mill on the basis of the technical requirements, check the main equipments of the experiment mill and show the result.(3) Research to the craft of rolling, consider the factor which can effect rolling technology and analysis them.(4) Write the software which can calculate the rolling schedule, determine the mathematical model in the process, discuss the way to calculate the rolling schedule, make sure the total pass and thickness and speed of each pass. Setting the roll gap and roll speed of the mill.The main purpose of the thesis is prepare for build the experiment mill in theory, the experiment mill will help to research rolling steel and find new kinds of steel.
