Drawbead process complement is an important component of automobile panel forming, plays an important role in. Using drawbead can be controlled in a wide range of drawing deformation zone plate deformation rate and deformation distribution, thus suppressing rupture, wrinkling, rebound and other drawing quality problems. In many cases, drawbead setting is reasonable and even determines the success or failure of stamping forming. High strength steel plate is applied more and more widely, compared with ordinary steel, the material forming property of it is poor, so the reasonable drawbead design becomes more important.Covering parts forming the core of drawing. By means of finite element simulation of the deep drawing process, based on simulated data for the design of drawbead model was modified to add the means of preparation with the design drawing die requirements model.It is widely used in the design of drawing model.This paper takes a typical automobile panel drawing process as an example, based on the finite element numerical simulation techniques for the prediction of the drawing, by setting different parameters of drawbead drawbead and form, pointed out in the covering parts forming process and wrinkling of the relationship, and the guide die of drawbead drawbead setting, study the different arrangement mode forming law.Based on the finite element analysis software DYNAFORM on drawbead layout of the parts drawing numerical simulation of forming process, through the contrast analysis of the simulation results, determine the drawbead parameter and rational layout. The simulation results to determine the average10mm high round drawbead for optimal parameters. Through the simulation, continuous adjustment and optimization of drawbead types, parameters and position, finally get the best results. To solve the traditional design method of setting drawbead often require repeated test and repair mould, time-consuming, is not conducive to competition in the market; rely on die fitter experience guiding production; as well as traditional setting drawbead can control the drawing forming local buckling problem...
