Temperature-regulated fiber and textile products of it (this subject adopts Outlastacrylic) is maded by regenerative technology and temperature-regulated technology, whichis a kind of high-technologh fibers and textiles. The function of temperature-regulatedtextiles is based on the traditional textile. temperature-regulated textiles has a good adaptivetemperature-regulated performance, which breaks through the limit of the traditional textilematerials and the textile material regulating the temperature by one way, it can through theway of the absorption, storage, release the energy to adjust the temperature of outsideenvironment. The micro-climate in the clothing is formed around the human body acomfortable by above way, which extend the the comfort state and also improve theperformance of the comfort.Development on the dry performance of Temperature-regulated control clothing is animportant part. The main feature of it is the absorption and conduct of moisture in fiber andthe yarn. The good absorption and conduct performance of textiles can made the wetegested by body from the inner surface of the fabric to penetrate to the appearance, the wetfaster evaporating does not make the body produce the feeling of heat, so as to improve thecomfort of clothing. The subject adopts three kinds of the yarn absorbing moisture. It iscellular yarns, moisture absorption antibacterial and Coolmax yarn. The purpose of thisresearch is to develop a new underwear fabric knitted used in protective clothing, which hassuperior performance of temperature-regulated and dry.In this subject, the structure and properties of four kinds of the yarn (Outlast acrylicyarn, Cellular yarns, Moisture absorption antibacterial yarn and Coolmax yarn) were studiedand analyzed, which is based on the study of the theory of the fiber of them. With testing oftensile properties, hairiness, twist and capillary effect of the four kinds of yarn, it is concluded that breaking strength and breaking elongation of four kinds of the yarn are better,four kinds of the yarn have less hairiness and are twist even. But at capillary effect: moistureabsorption ability of the Coolmax yarn is the largest, the high of it is6.9cm; the second iscellular yarn; the third is moisture absorption antibacterial yarn; the minimum is Outlastacrylic yarn, the high of it is1.2cm. moisture absorption of antibacterial yarn is minimumOutlast acrylic yarn. According to the basic performance of them we can choose reasonableyarn for textile fabric.In This topic, we design seven kinds of the knitting fabric, each contain two kinds ofdensity and adopt the flat organization tissue. We illuminate the tissue of technic andorganization of fabric. For the performance of fabric: the perspective of the fabric, heatconduction of the fabric, compression and surface friction of the fabric and temperature-regulated of the fabric, we have made some testing and analysis. Draw:(1) The permeability: in the same series of two different density of the fabric is compared,the smaller the density, the better the performance of ventilation. For the permeability of theblended fabric containing the temperature-controled yarn, the fabric of K-13(temperature-controled yarn and cellular yarn braided) and K-10(temperature-controledyarn and Coolmax yarn braided) is better. Comparing with no-post-processing andpost-processing to the same fabric, the permeability of the no-post-processing fabric isbetter.(2) The performance of the fabric conducting heat: heat To the performance of fabricconducting tested, we can know: because the fabric containing different kinds of the yarn, soas to the differences in the fabric conducting heat, in the blended fabrics, the smallest of theability of heat conduction is the K-13of fabric, the performance of other fabrics conductingheat is moderate. But the performance of conducting heat of post-processing fabrics is better,which explain the ability of sending out heat of the fabric is strengthening.(3) The performance of compression and friction: In the performance of compression,compressing curve of fabrics is a "J". The littler the density of fabric, the bigger thickness ofcompression, and fabrics is very better fluffy. The compression of the Blended fabrics is larger, and the fabrics are very better fluffy. Comparing with no-post-processing andpost-processing to the same fabric, the no-post-processing fabric is better fluffy. Inroughness, comparing the purebred fabric and the blended fabric wants relatively little some,the blended fabric is bigger. In the blended yarn fabrics, the roughness of fabrics ofK-09/SK-09and K-10/SK-10is the biggest.(4) The performance to temperature-regulated: To temperature-controled yarns DSC testing,we can know that they have stable ability to temperature-adjustedConclusion: The structure of fabrics (fabric of K-10and SK-10) is plain jersey stitch, atsame time this fabric contains temperature-controled yarn and Coolmax yarn, which aresmaller density. The fabrics both have the ability to temperature-adjusted and goodpermeability. Melting temperature range:7.1237.00℃, heat enthalpy:0.4802J·g-1,crystallization temperature range:15.9521.55℃, exothermic enthalpy:0.3417J·g-1, thefabric can timely put the moisture out; Their performance of Good heat preservation andhigher accuracy can be used as a close-fitting fabrics which can be used as underwearfabrics too. So the fabrics which have above excellent performance can provide moreexcellent comfortable performance for people who dress protective clothing.
