Research On The Construction Of The Safety Culture Of ZJSH Enterprise

In today’s society, the economy is in the golden era of vigorous development, theGFP is growing rapidly, however, various kinds of accidents is increasing in constant withthe economic development. Under the environment of today’s economic integration, thegrowth of these incidents will lead to huge losses to the socio-economic development.Thus, each enterprise is imperative to the management of safety culture, be sure to do agood job. It is an exemplary role in large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises whichmust play better. The thesis take a state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises as thesubject of case studies, research on safety culture-building measures to prevent the safetyaccidents within the range that can be predicted and controlled, it is of great importance toprotect the country and the people, property, life safety, improve the safety cultural, andimprove the production efficiency, and to promote long-term gains significance.This thesis applies the case research methods, conducts a systematic study on theconstruction of safety culture in the state-owned enterprises on behalf of ZJSH. Firstly, itreviews the general theory of the safety culture, then, integrates the construction of ZJSHsafety culture, analyzes the problems occurred in the enterprises in the construction of asafety culture. Secondly, by constructing the ZJSH safety culture management systemextends safety culture system into the three areas of indicators, monitoring and evaluation.Finally, based on the key points in the construction of the comprehensive safety culture,some constructive suggestions are made in order to optimization of the system, whichprovides an exploration and research for the final establishment of the new culture ofenterprise security. This thesis focus on linking theory with practice, conducts extensiveresearch on the safety culture construction in ZJSH, explores the safety culture inconstruction management system. It also provides a theoretical assistant for how toimprove the quality of the corporate staff safety culture to strengthen ZJSH’s safetyculture management.
