Study On Underground Mine Production Scheduling System Based On WIFI Communication Technology

The underground mine production scheduling system based on WIFI communication technology is an integrated application system, which adopted WIFI as the communications technology, WLAN as the transport medium, production scheduling system as the software management platform. This paper was completed on the basis of summarizing previous research results and detailed studying several relevant key technologies, and its main contents are summed up as follows:(1) Contrastive analysis several wireless communication technologies and wireless location technologies, then proposed underground mine production scheduling system based on WIFI.(2) This paper detailedly introduced several localization algorithms of WIFI. Combined with the actual needs of underground mine this paper put forwward "fingerprinting database" localization algorithm.(3) Contrastive analysis three kinds of WLAN network architecture, this paper adopted "Thin AP" network architecture to realize underground WLAN.(4) By applying software engineering theory and method, this paper completed the structure and function design of underground mine production scheduling system.(5) This paper took MeiShan iron mine-420m haulage level as the example and completed WIFI network design, then proposed feasible strategy to IP address assignment and VLAN partitioning.(6) By setting up simulative WIFI wireless communication network in the laboratory, this paper tested synchronous transmission of location data, voice data, video data and sensor data. (7) Detailed studied WIFI communications technology, WLAN technology and VOIP technology, this paper completed the networking of underground mine production scheduling system, which can satisfy various business data transmission.With the development of wireless communication technology, wireless location technology, computer technology and automation technology and other IT technology, the cost of using wireless technology to realize communication in underground mine will gradually decrease and the stability and reliability the system will be gradually improve. Compared with other traditional scheduling communication system, the underground mine production scheduling system based on WIFI communication technology has incomparable advantage, as well as good application and promotional value.
