The Studies On Peasant Ecological Behavior Influence On Entironment Change

The depravation of the ecological environment has already become a key factor that constraining the development of the Minqin economy or even threatening the survival of the local people,so accelerating the protection and construction of the Minqin country is the inevitable choice for sustainable development of economy, society and ecosystem.For a long time, peasant’s unreasonable ecological behavior economic behavior and social behavior is the main factor accelerating the worsening of the environment.That’s because the farmer have more close relationship with the environment which affect the environment most.So, it’s necessary to study the farmer’s behavior in MinQin country, Gansu province.Based on the outside effect theory and behavioral theory etc, through a large number of On-the-spot investigation and questionnaire survey, describe the ecological environment evolution process and current situation of Minqin county. Analyzed the motivation and characteristics of peasants behavior change, and peasants behavior change impacted on the ecological environment and ecological protection construction, explaining the influence factors of farmers ecological behavior.(1)Farmers is the most basic economic unit in the village, it is the most basic economic organization since the agricultural society. Minqin county Located in the Lower Reaches of Shiyang River.Desert-oasis pattern is Minqin country’s environmental matrix, the stability and sustainable development of oasis depends on water, and farmers and agricultural use large amounts of water.So the peasants’ economic behavior, ecological behavior and social behavior is the dominant force that effected on ecological environment change.(2)The course of Minqin county ecological environment evolution, roughly divided into three stages:natural ecological period, artificial farming ecological period, desertification ecological period. Natural factors is the leading factor in the first two period, and cultural factors is the dominant factor that impacted on the environment evolution direction and speed in the later period. Especially, in recent50years, along with the human activity intensifies, lead to more serious ecological environment problems, mainly displays in:the surface runoff declining, the exploitation of groundwater increase, underground water continued to decline, salinity continue to rise, the natural vegetation continue to shrink, land desertification is expanding and oasis area loss, etc.(3)A great deal of questionnaire survey and depth interview show that farmers’ scientific culture quality low, ecological consciousness lead to the ecological environment deterioration gradually; Farmers short-term economic interests unconsciously destructed the ecological environment; Farmers’ extensive but inefficient production management mode speeding up the ecological deteriorating; Farmers’ conservative ecological investment restricted the development of ecological construction; Farmers’ traditional bearing concept impeding the development of ecological construction(4) According to the influence factors of peasants’ behavior, personal behavior and public environmental behavior of environmental protection are mainly related to age structure, gender, cultural degree, income level, environmental protection cognitive level, environmental protection knowledge level, environmental policy satisfaction.(5)In order to guide farmers’ behavior, it is necessary to establish interest compensation mechanism, ecological participation mechanism, ecological education mechanism and information transmission mechanism, and take economic measures, administrative measures and legal measures, to incentive farmers behavior to the positive direction.
