Recent years. with the rapid development of the finite element simulation technology.more and more vehicles enterprises start to use CAE software to perform simulation forautomobile panels’ stamping forming.but the shape of automobile panels is very complex.whose forming craft is affected by many fators. Especially the craft paramaters such asdrawbead and holder force enve determined the final forming quality of the parts.Soduring the early days of the design of product or craft.it is necessary to compare、improveor optimization the craft in order to decide most reasonable craft solution. However thetraditional commercial stamping CAE softwares usually can only carry on the singlescheme simulation. once the simulation results do not meet the requirements. it isnecessary to change the craft parameters to restart the next simulation, making themodification solution not to be recorded, it is bad to improve the solution..thus greatlyextended the simulation period. lower production efficiency. In addition. these stampingCAE softwares’ modeling ability is weak. which usually is used with CAD softwaretogether. Design models need to conver between CAD and CAE constantly.which willcause the lose of data and precision down. In order to solve the problem above.it isrequired to develop solution management simulation system for stamping forming withCAD/CAE integrated function.The research of this paper was supported by National Nature Science Foundation ofChina (No.50905067) and National NC Science and Technology Major Project(NO.2010X04014-72). On the basis of the in-depth study on CAD/CAE integration.parametric association. process parameters schemes management technology.combinedwith the incremental approach solver of huazhong university of science and technology. asimulation system named solution management for automobile panel was developed basedon NX platform.The system is based on the UG_NX with fully realizing the CAD/CAEintegration.solving the problem of modeling after changing the craft solution.Inaddition,the system developed the solution management function.the parameter in different solution have been effectively managed.providing the reference basis for the nextoptimization.On the basis of study on automobile panels’ forming process property and its CAEanalysis process with traditional CAE. this paper do an in-depth study on the functionalrequirements of solution management system to design framework.using the UDOassociation technology to realize the management of craft parameter. combined with thevirtual assembly technology to complete the automatic positioning between sheet metaland tools in working procedure delay between the automatic positioning in drawingprocess.In addition it uses the parametric associate to connect the craft parameters indifferent solutions. Finally through the batch calculating function to get thepost-processing results of each scheme. providing the reference basis for the nextoptimization.According to the different process parameters. setting some group schemes.andfinally analyzing different scheme post-processing result determine the reasonableparameters combination for a truck’s back bracket..the solution management system’sefficiency and feasibility was verified.
