This paper describes the last WWTP—Zhangguizhuang which belong to one ofthe Six drain system of Tianjin.It is very important projection in Tianjin DongliDistrict.Tianjin is short of water and the industry has polluated water resource.Unevendistribution of water resources and periodic drought has lead to increasing watershortages. For this reason we construct zhangguizhuang recycling plant simultaneous.The establishment of two large municipal facilities for the economic development ofTianjin Dongli District provides a strong guarantee.The current status and technical level of urban wastewater treatment and reuse atdomestic and international has been research.Based on Zhangguizhuang system actualsituation, through the sewage treatment plant service area status water consumption,and the recent long-term forecast of water, determined the size of the sewagetreatment plant. Through the regeneration of industrial, residential determine the sizeof recycling plant.According to the regional wastewater water quality in the actualinvestigation to determine the wastewater treatment plant designed quality. Accordingto the requirement of environmental protection department determine effluent quality.According to the users of recycled water needs, with urban use, scenic environmentuse and industrial use, to determine the recycling plant’s water quality. This researchmade analysis of the composition of pollutants in wastewater, introduced thetechnology for the removal of various pollutants, and the advanced treatmenttechniques were compared, selected two for factory water treatment processes: MBR+RO process and SF-AO+CMF+RO process. Compare about project investment,operation and management of convenience, the reliability of process operation, thearea and other aspects, ultimately selected SF-AO+CMF+RO as wastewatertreatment technique. This research ultimately demonstrates zhangguizhuangwastewater treatment plant and recycling plant using SF-AO+CMF+RO treatmentprocess technology to admap for the region, the actual situation in the factory,advanced technology, economical, safe, reliable and feasible.
