The treatment scale of Wuqing No.7wastewater treatment plant was confirmed as10000m3/d. The emission shall meet the first level A standard of Standard for Discharge of Pollutants from Sewage Treatment Works in Towns and Cities.This study on the current technology situation of several main biological sewage treatment technology were analyzed, including oxidation ditch, SBR, Bio-dopp technology, A2O, etc.Secondly the inlet water quality is analyzed, the project of sewage of BOD5/CODcr=0.5, greater than0.45, the biological sex is good. BOD5/TN=6.67, according to the experience, if BOD5/TN is between3and27,then the carbon source of demystification is enough, without adding the nutrients. BOD5/TP=75, generally between20and60, the biological phosphorus removal methods of the project can remove most of the phosphorus, the remaining few of phosphorus to be removed by chemical method.Then, for each process carried on the thorough analysis and comparison. The SBR technology process is shorter, the DO of every paragraphs is control in1.5-4mg/L, MLSS control in2000-4000mg/L, no reflow setting, covers an area of large, unit water power consumption is higher. The water flow of A2O process is continuous, oxygen pool DO control in0.20.5mg/L, the aerobic pool DO control in2-4mg/L, MLSS control in2000-4000mg/L, set1to2times outside reflux, covers an area of large, unit water power consumption is higher. Bio-dopp technology, short technological process, the DO control in0.050.5mg/L, set the backflow of dilution water within10-30times greater proportion, making smaller pool pollution load gradient, reduce the difficulty of microbial degradation, is beneficial to resist impact load, because don’t have to set up the second pond, to narrow the area, low dissolved oxygen control conditions of other Bio-dopp technology and high oxygen transfer efficiency of aeration system in terms of blower for wind power consumption is greatly reduced, in aeration link than A2O process to reduce power consumption by more than a third. Comprehensive the above analysis, select the Bio-dopp technology.Finally, this study was carried out on technological process of sewage treatment plant design, including the coarse grid, pump room, fine grille, vortex grit, biological double pool, high density settling basin, homogeneous fiber rotary filter, sterilization tank, sludge pool, sludge dewatering machine room, the various structure parameters are calculated, and the architectural, structural, electrical and automatic control are analyzed.
