The increase of energy consumption of China is much higher than worldaverage, which brings serious energy saving and pollution control issues.China is one of the major provision suppliers in the world and also a majorstraw contributor, which makes20%to30%of the overall straw produceworldwide, i.e. over700,000,000t/a. Straw as the fourth energy source is onlyafter coal, petroleum and natural gas, and great potential energy could beextracted from it by exploring. Straw has become a kind of waste to be burnt asthe prospering rural economy brings the improved living style of farmers andthe rural fuel structure. Straw burning is not only a waste of energy andpollution to the environment. The burning also affects human health and publicsecurity, which leads to a social problem to be solved.Straw normalized as energy and industrial raw material is of economic andsocial benefit, at the same time environment is protected and energy structure ofChina could be improved. Its potential could be seen in ensuring energy security,alleviating environmental pollution and improving urban and rural lives. Also itcan be of great importance to the establishing of conservation-oriented society,developing recycling economy and realization of sustainable economy andsociety. The essay analyzed the current scene of straw utilizing in Fengxian Districtand set the energizing sum at32094.7t/a(statistics from Zhuanghang Town,Fengxian District). The result of comparing is as follows:a)the gasifier solutionis in need of59the suction straw gasifier,and produces ignitablegas5.054×107m~3. the initial equipment investment is944,000RMB,and theannual invest aside from equipment is6,916,000RMB. The annual revenue is25,274,600RMB.the annual profit is18,262,000with a ten year life span. Thecost-effective ratio is0.2774。the marsh gas solution needs to establish1337212m~3separation reservoir floating cover methane tank,and8665056m~3marshgas and19521.9t organic fertilizer would be produced per year. The initialinvestment is20,058,000,and the annual successive invest is2,674,000. Theannual revenue is3142.4million yuan,the annual profit is2674.4with a tenyear life span. The cost-effective ratio is0.1489。the ethanol solution couldproduce4584.96t ethanol per year. The initial investment is827.4million yuan,and the annual successive invest is412.1million yuan,The annual revenue is2613.4million yuan,the annual profit is2118.56million yuan,with a ten yearlife span. The cost-effective ratio is0.1893。the ignition solution is dropped asequipment, maintenance and human resource investment are higher thanprobable profit at the straw producing level of Zhuanghang Town.The essay explores the reasonable straw comprehensive utilizationscheme fit for the Fengxian District by analyzing present status of strawutilization of the district.
