Computer numerical control machine tools in today’s representation of mechanical and electricalintegration of advanced equipment, electromechanical integrated technology in the field of mechanicalprocessing of typical products, it is computer technology, automatic control, electrical drives,measurement technology, precision manufacturing, and other The technology focuses on one of theautomation equipment, with high precision, high efficiency, high automation, high-cost and highadaptability features. With the continuous development of advanced manufacturing, CNC machiningcenters for CNC system design and engineering to achieve a fresh,in front of us has become a pressingand arduous task.This paper describes in detail the design and CNC machining centers to achieve the projectprocess. In the analysis of the original machining center CNC system, servo systems, logic control,based on the mechanical structure, the use of FANUC0iMB numerical control system to replace theoriginal MAHO CNC432numerical control system; using FANUC Digital Servo unit and a servomotor to replace the original DC servo unit and a servo motor; using FANUC AC Digital Spindle andspindle motor drive module to replace the original unit and DC servo spindle motor; closed byHEIDENHAIN Philip substitute the original grating grating; replace the X, Y, Z axis ball screws;custom brushless DC motors reserved. Its a new design and the specific configuration of the machineand requirements of machine tool parameters are set correctly and debugging, and implementation ofengineering applications.The design of the CNC system is the major work done: CNC system and servo system selection,the control system for design, external interface circuit, PMC program design, numerical controlsystem parameter setting, mechanical, electrical parts Installation, mechanical, hydraulic part ofthe repair and adjustment, the whole of the mechanical, electrical testing, inspection machines,data archiving. After completion of above work, the machine’s performance and accuracy can satisfyour plant for the manufacture of high precision,high efficiency,high reliability requirements. The useof the CNC machining business after the batch processing of objects, running in good condition, geta better economic and social benefits.
