In the continuous production line of cold rolled strip steel,strip steel often runsdeviation from the center line of the unit,which reduces the yield of product. It evendamages the production equipment and leads to serious safety accidents when the steelruns too far away. At present,there are various automatic control systems to detect andrectify running deviation of strip steel at home and abroad. A design forCenter-Control automatically system based on a new inductive measurement sensor isintroduced in this projects. The design is based on the intrinsic control system used byan iron and steel company.Study on steel center controlling automatically at home and abroad is sufficient inthis projects. An improvement of CPC Center-Control automatically system which isbased on a new inductive measurement sensor is designed on the intrinsic controlsystem. There are sensors, signal processing unit, controller, actuator driving unit andHuman-computer interaction unit in the new system. The sensor is specially made to anew PCB differential inductive sensor which has high stability and consistency. Thesignal processing unit which consists filter,amplifier and demodulation circuit and so onis used to filter interference signal and amplify useful signal. The result of the signalprocessing unit is sent to the controller. The controller uses high-performance STM32single chip microcmoputer as its core, processes the data by16bits Digital-to-Analogueconverter which is highly integrated, and then sends the data to hydraulic correctionsystem to rectify deviation of strip.The system achieves detection and rectification of strip steel running deviationautomatically and has the advantages of high overall response speed, high detectionprecision, strong anti-interference ability, security and stability and so on.
