China is coal resources big country, is also with coal as the main source of energy one ofthe countries, coal production in the development of national economy has the balance ofpower. Our country also become the gas of the countries most affected by the disaster, one ofmine gas explosion accident are still occurred frequently caused heavy casualties and propertylosses.This article from the actual conditions, built and mine similar diameter550mm long,16m long model of pipe as experimental platform, as far as possible to the simulation of themine environment, through the experimental means, in pipe liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)and air mixing gas explosion produces pressure and the development of the flame propagationspeed thorough analysis, hope to seek out from the gas explosion in the general rules of thepipe, so as to guide the production practice, for the prevention and control of gas explosionprovide guidelines.The experiment pipeline in a closed at one end, and the other end closed or if a closedform. Tube filled with different concentration of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and airmixing gas, pipe the closed end ignition. Experiment used for pressure sensor, the flamepropagation speed sensor and temperature sensor, establish the dynamic data acquisitionsystem. The experimental results surface.Ordinary liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) on the experimental conditions, its explosionlimit is between9%~10%and2%~3%between the lower limit explosion in between. Referto specific data analysis, do its explosion limit is2%, and the explosion limit is9%, and thebest explosion density is5%.Closed in on both ends of pipeline, in the pipeline are full of flammable gas mixture inthe end detonated, pressure wave in the spread of the tube does not appear one-way enhancedtrend, but present concussion type dissemination; In the best proportion cases, tube pressuredue to reverse stack will appear dual wave phenomenon.The concentration of the gas mixture in between4%to7%, tube the flame propagationspeed up a single mode, if pipe is long enough, may become detonation.
