The power consumption is a major expenditure of the cost of wheat processing, power consumption in wheat processing process factors including raw grain situation, process setup, product mix, equipment selection, production, operation, andadjustment. This topic, select seven different wheat milling process of the productionline, clamp ammeter current tests on seven production lines for each device, andrecord the the villosa flow process in the production process, net wheat flow andflour yield, use of electrical power consumption in the process of calculation ofwheat processing formula, analysis of the comparison of seven production lines thataffect the power consumption of various factors and their respective proportion inthe entire power consumption, including comparative analysis of the entireproduction line process, different Section share of power consumption ratio ofcomparative analysis, comparative analysis of the proportion of share of electricityconsumption of major equipment and the same process the raw grain containing tonsof flour of hard wheat proportional change power consumption analysis, the powerconsumption of tons of powder of different product mix analysis, different operatingtons of powder for power consumption. The seven selected process mainly includes three parts are Oak Antrim millingtechnology, the Buller pulverizing process and the typical milling process, representatives of Oak Antrim milling process is Zhengzhou Haijia food Co., Ltd.two production lines, the Buller pulverizing process on behalf of Shandong LamSoon Flour Mills first production line-A line, the typical milling process on behalf ofthe Jinyuan Flour Mill production line, Lam Soon Flour Mill second production line,Shandong-B line different milling process and the transformation of the Laizhouboyang flour mill production line before and after transformation. The test results show that the wheat milling technology, flour processing powerconsumption changes with the milling process characteristics; learn from the designconcept of the import process line in favor of raising the level of domesticproduction line design, technological innovation of the production line to reduce thetotal tonnagepowder power consumption, thus promoting the rapid development ofthe flour business.Milling section in the proportion of electricity consumption in the milling process, the major component of the total process power consumption, while the powerconsumption of the milling section in response to the rationality of the millingprocess, correct the rational allocation of milling section in the electricity equipmentis to reduce the power consumption of the milling section in the necessary measures.Wheat processing, major equipment, including milling equipment, pneumaticconveying equipment, ventilation and dust removal equipment and machinery, transportation equipment, milling equipment, milling machine has accounted for themajor part of, to know to pass the test, mill equipment, power consumption of thetotal power consumption can reach up to45%the proportion of pneumaticconveying equipment, power consumption, the proportion of the total electricityconsumption18%, can play a role in reducing power consumption by adjusting themill and the dynamic configuration of the high pressure air.Contained in the hard wheat the proportion of different power consumption alsochange accordingly in the same process raw grain wheat, hard wheat higher thecontent of the wheat processing power consumption, the higher, ordinary powderproducts produced by the power consumption is lower than for different purposes theflour produced by power consumption, different operators on the same process ofadjustment when the varieties of the same production has a certain influence onpower consumption, but not obvious.
