The catalytic performance of vinyl acetate catalyst (CTV-VI) was investigated. The fresh CTV-VI catalyst and CTV-Ⅵ catalyst used in single tube test unit were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). T he results showed that the space time yield (STY) could reach10t/(m3·d)and12t/(m3-d), the selectivity o f vinyl acetate could be over94%under the reaction conditions of gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of1900h-1and2500h-1respectively, reaction pressure of784KPa, oxygen mass fraction of feed of6%. The particle size of Pd-Au alloy on the catalyst at different position of the single tube reactor was stable after long term operation. The single-tube test results determined the applications conditions, amount of catalyst loading and space velocity of CTV-Ⅵ catalyst in SPC industrial using. The result showed that the CTV-Ⅵ was suitable under high space velocity space-time yield stable above in16(m3·d), and the selectivity of the catalyst was maintained at94%, the CTV-Ⅵ catalyst performance to achieved the desired performance objectives. The results showed that CTV-Ⅵ catalyst was suitable for running at space velocity of3500h-1-4000h-1. It was more convenience to suppressing the initial activity of the reaction. Based the analysis of products and operation parameters, the reliable data of300,000tons of vinyl acetate process package was prepared. |
