In the relatively closed room peopleget respiratory diseases more susceptible. Serious outbreak of popular infectious diseases notonly cause great economic losses to the state but also be a serious threat to human lifesafety.When human speaking, breathing, coughing or sneezing, the nose and mouth send outaerosol particles pollutants which carry viruses and bacteria. Suitable indoor airflow organizationcan discharge pollutants as soon as possible and reduce the risk of infection. Study aerosolparticles pollutants from human body distribution and characteristics of movement in differentindoor airflow organization, the results could make comtributions to to the aerosol particlesspreading rule and predicting concentration distribution as well as to the effective control of theparticle concentration of ventilation method.This paper using CFD technology to do numerical analysis to the distribution of humanaerosol particles pollutant in three typical airflow organization in air-conditioned room. Thesimulation software is fluent6.2. RNGk-ε turbulence model is used to calculate the temperatureand velocity of indoor air.And aerosol particles is dealed with Lagrange method, useing thediscrete phase model to describe the distribution characteristics.This paper main content as follows: air conditioning room adoptis three airfloworganization: up supply and down return air, top supply and down return,down supply and topreturn, human speaking continue to send out aerosol particles pollutants and people cough once,the movement of the aerosol pollutant particlesWhen people continue to speak, the same air change rate under the different way of ventilationaerosol particles distribution is great difference, the same kind of airflow organization increaseair change rate can reduce the number of typical section concentration.Considering the greatdifference between winter case and summer case indoor air temperature field and velocity feild,aerosol particle distribution by velocity feild. Human is continuous speaking, aerosol particlesfly from mouth in initial part in winter and summer condition concentration distribution basicsimilar, flying from mouth in a distance the aerosol particle distribution difference great under upsupply and down return.In typical room section, winter case aerosol particle concentration lowerthan the summer concentration. Although improving air change rate make section concentrationlower in all kinds of air supply approach, but high air change rate can’t ruduce human exposurerisk under down supply and top return.Human cough produces particles, particle size most in1-100μ m, under various workingconditions1μm size particles dependence indoor flow field of the stronger, with particle sizeincrease the dependence weak. In particle fly mouth early, indoor air flow field plays the leadingrole in particle distribution, as time increases the big particle inertia plays a main role.
