This subject aims to research a ways to recycle the existing landfillarea resources, and conduct experiment to validate. Through theapplication of the results,it can extend the life of existing landfill,saving landfill construction investment, and effective solute thecontradiction of the Qingdao Municipal garbage disposal high demand andlimited land resources. It also can supply recycling techniques for thesolid waste incineration plant in construction processing facilities, andlay a solid foundation for the sustainable use of the landfill resourcesin Qingdao City, and make a contribution to Qingdao Municipal wastedisposal sustainable development. The subject results can be used as ademonstration of technology to promote similar cities to the nation.Through the landfill construction operations data collection,analysis the orientation of each year landfilled garbage, and dig thegarbage which landfilled in2007-2010. Apply sampling and analysismethods, to determine the physical characteristics of the garbagelandfill after few years, take the moisture content, bulk density, wastephysical composition, calorific value for example. To compare with theinitial characteristics of the landfill garbage, determine the landfillsite situation in the reservoir area, and the means of disposing of inthe garbage after excavation direction and re-use of resources.When the direction of the research is defined, the subject usescomposting, to process the garbage which dug up each year from2007to2010, and through screening, classify the garbage after treatment, andresearch its components and characteristics change. To analyze the wayto improving the waste resource recovery and improve the garbage heatvalue after the screen procession, then explore the feasibility oflandfill garbage recycling. At the same time, analysis the garbagecharacter changes through the landfill treatment by experiment.The experiment results show that the discipline is equally for thedifferent landfill age garbage. To compare the degradation of organicmatter of the garbage after excavation and the original landfill garbage,the speed is quickly. The organic matter is difficult to separate ingarbage which landfill for three years and four years, the content almostis zero. Excavation of refuse The moisture content, calorific value andbulk density changes is related not only landfill useful life, but alsocharacteristics of the original garbage and then landfill site situation.The results of the composting experiment of each year shows that thedredged waste by composting can reduce the moisture content of the garbage and improve the flammability of the garbage, in which the temperature-oxygen control composting compared with the static compost, can moreefficiently, reduce the moisture content of the compost garbage fasterand improve garbage fermentation temperature and flammability. Screeningexperiment results show that the aperture through appropriate screeningcan be fermented fine soil and a high calorific value garbage screeningopen to different resource utilization.The physical characteristics of fresh garbage after garbage simulatesimple landfill shows that the simple simulation of aerobic landfill canimprove the calorific value of garbage, reducing the moisture content andbulk density which is conducive to the incineration of garbage. But the60-day simulation experiment results prove that the garbage landfill byshort-term way to improve the calorific value of garbage is not obvious.The experiment results show that reuse theoretical basis of theQingdao Xiaojianxi garbage landfill feasible and compost after sieving,garbage utilization feasible.
