NC technology is the important base of advanced manufacturing industry. In thebackground of the rapid development of the advanced manufacturing industry, in order to meetthe social needs of people,the teaching of NC specialty teaching need unceasing reform.In2007,Zhejiang province’s new curriculum reform of NC specialty have started.The second half of2009, Zhejiang province’s "core curriculum+teaching projects" was officially launched.Meanwhile, comprehensive credit system was developed in secondary vocational schools in thecity of Wenzhou.Vocational education" takes the employment as the guidance, serves the societyfor the purpose ".Therefore, in the reform, how to realize effective teaching of skills trainingbecame very important.In order to realize the skills training course of NC specialized to be effective teaching,combined with the new curriculum reform of Zhejiang province and the comprehensive creditsystem of Wenzhou city, this thesis presents the school skills identification and standards. Thiscourse mainly studied from two aspects, respectively is: Based on the teaching projects of schoolskills standard research and based on the comprehensive credit system of school skillsidentification and standards research and practice.1. The research of school skill standard based on the teaching projects, this thesis firstlyanalyzes the labor skills standards. According to the problems of the labor skill standard,thisthesis proposed the direction of the school skills standards which should be followed. At thesame time, this thesis also analyzed the the new curriculum of Zhejiang province numerical control specialized reform. According to labor department technical standards and newcurriculum, this thesis researched the school skills standards of four core skills curriculum:lathe,fitter, cnc lathe and cnc milling.2.The research and practice of school skill standards and identification Based on thecomprehensive credit system, this thesis firstly interprets the skills credit policy of Wenzhou citycomprehensive credit system. According to the comprehensive credit system, combined the classdistribution of four kinds of skills in the new curriculum of numerical control specialized, thisthesis integrated200skills credits of the credit system to each each teaching project, teachingtask. Through the skill credit respectively assigned allocation, combined with the school skillsstandards, so as to achieve the skills implement to every class, every project, every teaching task,and achieve the skills of effective teaching.3.On the basis of the research to the skills of quantitative standards, this study also took therelated research results in practical teaching experiments. Through the teaching experimentpractice, the results of relevant practical teaching achieved good results.In short, this topic research and practice on the construction of the NC professional skillsteaching evaluation, improves the comprehensive evaluation mechanism to students, improvesteaching effectiveness of the skills, advances CNC professional curriculum effectiveness,provides an operable evaluation scheme of NC professional skill teaching to the SecondaryVocational Schools under the comprehensive credit system.It has a very strong guidingsignificance and practical value.
