With the development of manufacturing automation and enterprise information, on the production site of information extraction, transmission, processing, analysis and application becomes more and more important. Only by adopting the effective information collection technology, the full, real-time, accurate access to the manufacturing process of various state information, and based on this, the production process effectively and control, in order to improve the overall system throughput. Therefore, research on NC machine state data acquisition and monitoring with realistic significance.The RS--232interface is NC machine tool to its own communication excuse, but at present most of the domestic CNC machine tools have232serial. So the use of RS232serial connection of CNC equipment and DNC systems, to complete the NC program transmission and real-time monitoring of NC machine tool.This paper first describes the DNC control system development trend and current situation, existing problems, the use of DELPHI software and MSCOMM serial control for DNC system of machine data acquisition interface development, and the use of DELPHI software development NC CNC machine tool program conversion software. And use the software of FANUC machine data acquisition and real-time monitoring. The spindle speed, feed rate, NC program, machine switch machine time information acquisition. This paper also discusses in detail the NC program transmission system development, FANUC machine tool CNC macro collection instruction.
