With the depth of exploration during recent years, the Chang3of Wei Bei oil fieldreservoir shows a great resource potential and development prospects and are also importantsucceed formation in Ordos Basin. With the oil reservoir buried depth range of340~578m,the average porosity10.14%and the average permeability0.53×10-3μm2, The Chang3reservoir is the delta front sub-facies sedimentary that belongs to delta sedimentary system,is typical super-low permeability reservoir. This kind of "low grade" resources show thecharacteristics of tight reservoir, poor property and low abundance, and it bring great difficultyto reasonable development.The poor of extra-low permeability of shallow reservoir percolation ability depends onthe extra-low permeability of shallow reservoir characteristics, and vertical wells developmentcapacity is very low, stable is difficult, production decline is fast as well as water injection istough. So using horizontal wells development of reservoir is put forward, furthermoreproposed an effective water injection mode that is advanced water injection in order toimprove the effect of oil reservoir development. This paper will take Chang3reservoir of WeiBei oil filed for example to discuss using horizontal wells development and The numericalsimulation applied technological research of Chang3extra-low permeability reservoir waterinjection development.This paper study on the basis of Chang3reservoir geological characteristics of Wei Beioil filed. Using three-dimensional stochastic modeling, reservoir engineering theory andnumerical simulation, combined with the Chang Qing oil filed successful development theoryof the low permeability reservoir, research identified the form of horizontal well pattern,disscus the reasonable well array distance, optimized the fracturing parameters (crack number,length, location, spacing parameters), and then advanced pressure system, water injectiontiming and reasonable injection parameters, finally ascertain horizontal wells developmenttechnique policy for extra-low permeability of shallow reservoirs.
