| As development into high water period in wei bei oil field, the corrosion problems of the casing of injection Wells are more severe。This brings in serious influence on development and production of oil field, therefore, preventing casing from erosion has become an urgent need to resolve important topic。This article starts with the aspects of analysis of characteristics of formation water and injected water, carried out the indoor research work of corrosion mechanism。The research show that the mainly reason for this corrosion is high quality of kuang hua duã€contain of H2S〠the free of oxygenã€carbon and erosion bacteria of water quality。Mainly for the corrosion is a hydrogen, and get on with oxygen of corrosion and erosion bacteria。The role of the three joint Promote the casing wall localized corrosion initiation and development, meanwhile the fluid temperature and velocity in the pipeline for corrosion rate also has very big effect。Under the deep understanding of corrosion mechanism and causes of corrosion, using theoretical analysis and means of indoor experiment technology, conduct the study of indoor chemical corrosion inhibitor, and developed a new type of corrosion inhibitors。The results of indoor performance evaluation experimental show that the inhibitor for injection Wells casing in high corrosive environment of wei bei oil field(high salinity,4.0×104~6.0×104mg/L; Low pH value, in between5.5to6.5; and contain dissolved O2, CO2ã€bacteria) can have very good effect on corrosion。on the ground temperature of53℃ã€the time of672h’Corrosion, Corrosion inhibitors is enable to improve the efficiency of eclipse to95.364%for N80steel; and96.002%for J55steel。Also the research of the corrosion inhibitors for other domestic oil field water injection well casing anticorrosive has important reference meanings。... |
