This paper is mainly for the Chenghai Oilfield,which is the key block of Dagang Oilfield.There are many development layers,and the physical properties of each reservoir vary greatly.The contradiction between layers is very prominent.It is necessary to improve the utilization of oil layers and development through zonal water injection.The injection wells in Chenghai Oilfield are mainly high-angle wells,horizontal wells and ultra-deep wells.The wireline fishing operation is difficult,which restricts the existing application of the injection and profile control process in Chenghai Oilfield.In view of the stress characteristics of the high-angle wells,the performance of the packer and the water distributor is studied.The SRH packer is used to prevent the workover caused by the sand-filled pipe column.The Y341 packer with no slip support work improves safety.The anti-sand spitting and proportional water distributor was developed to realize the down hole injection of the water injection well.The bridge concentric water distributor is developed to realize the integration of the water distributor and the adjustable water nozzle,so as to achieve labor-free operation.The piezoelectric control water distributor was developed to realize the free control of the underground water regulating nozzle.Through the serialization of the WPHP packer and the K341 strip packer,it can meet the need of various casing sizes.The reliability analysis of behavior simulation for stratified water injection process in highly deviated wells can correctly guide the optimal allocation of process string and construction operation,thus reducing the construction risk and production cost.Research and development of anti-swelling technology research and development and application of casing protection fluid have been carried out to protect oil and gas layers and casings.After a series of detailed research and on-site application,a set of highly-deviated well water injection technology suitable for the shallow water area of Dagang Oilfield was concluded.The problem of water injection development in oil and gas exploration area of Dagang Oilfield was solved successfully by the well-injection process research supporting and optimization,low-permeability reservoir casing protection on water injection process research,supporting tool research and development and on-site pilot test research.It has achieved great success and brought more improvement for the zonal water injection development of Chenghai Oilfield in the oil producing process.
